is the owner of Safety and Loss Control Associates, a safety and training consulting firm based in Metropolitan Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Neslund has over 30 years of experience in the Construction Industry as a Safety Consultant, Vibration Consulting Engineer, and has been an Insurance/Safety Manager for a national construction and surface mining company.

Mr. Neslund has assisted several Contractor Associations to develop effective Loss Control Programs and Manuals. Also, he has conducted numerous Safety and Health Seminars and administers OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Safety and Health Courses, and is a National Safety Council Certified Defensive Driving Instructor.

Mr. Neslund is a member of the National Safety Council Construction Division Executive Committee, and is an active member of the American Society of Safety Engineers, the Western Society of Engineers, Veterans of Safety, and the World Safety Organization. He is currently a member of the faculty of the National Center for Construction Education and Research, Construction Safety Management Academy at Clemson University, South Carolina. In addition, he is a Consultant to the National Safety Council, and has given Professional Development Seminars for the National Safety Congress.

Mr. Neslund has conducted Construction Safety classes for PrSM Corporation/Oak Ridge Laboratory, NASA, Lewis Research Center, Fermilab, and Abbott Laboratories.
